From three-piece punch to four-piece firepower — White Knuckle Time captures the new four-piece format of Phil Coyne and The Wayward Aces in full flight.

The addition of bass in the line up gives the band a bigger, fuller sound while keeping the raw drive that defines their live shows.

White Knuckle Time combines new material with a couple of previously released songs that demanded the four-piece treatment.

Recorded at Hailstone Studio and live at the Echuca Winter Blues Festival, the double album captures the band doing what they do best — delivering high-energy, harp-driven blues and connecting with a crowd.

What's it all about? 

We're on a white knuckle ride! A new double album of Phil Coyne and The Wayward Aces’ in 4 piece guise. New material, plus a couple of previous tunes that demanded 4 piece treatment. Recorded in studio and captured in performance at Echuca Winter Blues festival. Studio album will be available by Echuca Winter Blues Festival (23/7/26) and full double album by end of September (you'll hear the date first)

When will I get my hands on it???

Shipping will be in late July for the studio album and late September for the live one. Rock up to Echuca and get your “Yee ha's” caught in the audio!

How will you stay in touch?

Make sure you give us your email address in the checkout and we'll share updates as we go. Expect to hear from us when the studio CD is pressed, when we announce the Launch party and when the live CD is pressed.
